With the incoming of the one of the world’s best kitchen manufacturing brand in India, the Architects of the retail brand store decided to push the bar high by reinventing the retail shopping experience by consulting Cogwheel Studios. Upon meticulously understanding the product genre, business model, competitors strategy across a similar category, we developed a strategy around a typical customer journey within the store to self-discover the displayed product features, instead of the sales force trying to promote a particular product.

This unconventional process enabled the customers to deeply connect with the product and the brand thus arriving at a mesmerizing experiential state, and making it easy for the sales force to sell. These strategies were further transformed into creative assets which also added to the visual merchandising of the displayed products and bridged the overall gap between the walk-in customer, product and the brand.
