We’re building a studio for curious people who believe good work begins with good questions.

At Cogwheel Studios, we work across brands, products, spaces and experiences. Our projects bring together design, technology, business and people, often crossing disciplines and challenging the obvious.

We’re looking for people who want to be part of that journey.

We value curiosity, ownership, generosity and a willingness to learn. We’re less interested in fitting people into predefined boxes and more interested in what you bring, what you want to learn and what we can build together.

Presently, we’re looking for:

Creative Designer

A Design Ninja who enjoys moving between thinking, making and exploring. Someone with a strong command of visual design and the Adobe ecosystem, with the ability to translate strategic thinking and ideas into systems, structure and captivating visuals.

Webflow Developer / Creative Technologist

A Tech-Savvy Design Engineer who lives at the intersection of design, technology and the web. Someone who can turn ambitious ideas into responsive, interactive and immersive experiences, while staying curious about the rapidly evolving tools and technologies shaping the web.

Studio Growth & Partnerships Associate

A Growth Partner with a creative bend of mind, an understanding of industries and a belief that good design can create good business. Someone who enjoys connecting people, ideas and opportunities, takes ownership from conversation to completion, and wants to play an active role in shaping how the studio grows.
